Sotogrande Villas is a private property consultancy operated by Andrew Simon Hunter, licensed in Gibraltar by the Office of Fair Trading under business licence BL231875 (Property Consultancy services). Andrew has known this stretch of the Coast since 1986, and through his Gibraltar company Mediterranean Golf Promotions Ltd has worked with the area's golf courses since the 1990s — so behind the data sit decades of genuine local knowledge, paired with a fully regulated Gibraltar structure. We are not an estate agent: we do not sell property and we never hold client funds. We work for the buyer, using our own in-house, AI-powered data systems to map and monitor properties across the whole of Sotogrande — both on and off the open market — and introducing you to the right development or agent. Those systems are secured to enterprise standards: all data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES‑256), held on SOC 2 Type II‑certified cloud infrastructure with strict access controls. We are the data controller for the information you provide on this website.
We keep it to the minimum needed to help you:
We do not ask for, and you should never send us, financial details, passwords or identity documents through this website.
We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
We process your information on the basis of your consent, which you give when you register and which you can withdraw at any time, and our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you have made to us.
To do our job we may share relevant details of your search with licensed estate agents and property developers operating in your chosen area of Sotogrande, so that the right property can be found for you. We share only what is needed to make a suitable introduction, and only in connection with your enquiry. We also use trusted service providers (for example, secure hosting and database services) who process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
We keep your enquiry for as long as we are helping you and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Under applicable data-protection law you have the right to access the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw your consent. To exercise any of these, just contact us using the details below.
